

Chicken Pasta Salad

This salad hits all the right spots, high in protein, refreshing, tons of veggies and carbs too.

Ingredients
X1 cup cooked pasta
X1 cup shredded chicken breast
X 1/2 round of feta
X1 handful of rocket
X1/4 cup snacking cucumbers
X1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
X1/4 red onion
Instructions
- Start by cooking pasta.
- After pasta is cooled add it to a bowl with chicken, feta, rocket, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion and mix.
- Add salad dressing of choice, I added honey and mustard and enjoy.
Notes
This recipe is great for meal prepping during the week.
