Egg cups that are filled with flavour and great for meal prepping! Comes together in minutes.

6 egg cups

Ingredients, per cup
- X1 slice of chicken
- X1 Tbsp baby spinach
- X1 tsp cottage cheese
- X1 tsp onion relish
- X1 whole egg
- Sprinkle of grated cheese
- garnish with coriander
Instructions
- Add your chicken slices to your muffin tin.
- Add baby spinach, cottage cheese, onion relish to your chicken slice cups.
- Then add a whole egg to each cup.
- Lastly add cheese and garnish with coriander.
- Serve with chilli oil or sauce of your choice.
