Egg Cups

Egg cups that are filled with flavour and great for meal prepping! Comes together in minutes.

15 minutes

Servings

6 egg cups

Ingredients, per cup

  • X1 slice of chicken 
  • X1 Tbsp baby spinach 
  • X1 tsp cottage cheese 
  • X1 tsp onion relish 
  • X1 whole egg 
  • Sprinkle of grated cheese 
  • garnish with coriander

Instructions

  1. Add your chicken slices to your muffin tin.
  2. Add baby spinach, cottage cheese, onion relish to your chicken slice cups.
  3. Then add a whole egg to each cup.
  4. Lastly add cheese and garnish with coriander.
  5. Serve with chilli oil or sauce of your choice.
