Fish Tacos

Quick and easy weeknight dinner idea that includes fish and an easy slaw, making for a great nutritional meal.

Ingredients
Hake:
- X150g Hake Filets (Hake Medallions from Woolworths)
- X1 tbsp EVOO
- X1 tbsp mixed herbs
- X1 tbsp paprika
Rainbow Slaw:
- X100g Rainbow Slaw
- X2 tsp Mayo
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha
- X2 tsp water in sauce to loose up
Garnish:
- X1/2 small Avo
- X Coriander & Sesame Seeds to garnish
Instructions
- Put hake filets in a bowl and marinate with EVOO, mixed herbs and paprika.
- Put in the air fryer for 10 mins at 180.
- Next in a separate bowl add rainbow slaw, mayo and sriracha mixture.
- All that’s left to do is assemble your fish tacos.
- Add avo, fresh coriander and sesame seeds to garnish
