- 1 chicken breast
- 2 cups rainbow slaw
- 1 cup roasted sweet potato
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon pickled onions
- 1 tablespoon sauerkraut
- 2 teaspoons chilli oil (or to your preference)
- 1/2 sliced radish
Instructions
1. Serve up in a big bowl and enjoy! Yes it is that easy
