Gut Health Chicken Rainbow Salad

Minimal cooking recipe, pop your chicken and butternut in the oven/air-fryer and add everything to a bowl. So quick and easy, your gut will thank you.

1 Person

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 cups rainbow slaw 
  • 1 cup roasted sweet potato 
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • 1 tablespoon pickled onions 
  • 1 tablespoon sauerkraut 
  • 2 teaspoons chilli oil (or to your preference)
  • 1/2 sliced radish 

Instructions

1. Serve up in a big bowl and enjoy! Yes it is that easy
