

High Protein Dips

It comes together in a matter of mins and will have everyone going for seconds. This dip makes for the perfect addition to your snack table.

Ingredients
Peppadew & Garlic Dip
- roast pepper dip
- 250g cottage cheese
- 140g mild diced peppadews (piquante peppers)
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 2 tsp evoo
- salt and pepper
- top with evoo and parsley
Fresh Herb Dip
- garlic and herb dip
- 250g cot cheese
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tbsp dill
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 small freshly squeezed lemon
- pepper
- top with evoo and fresh thyme
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
- Top with EVOO and garnish.
- Even with some fresh veggies, crackers or crisps.
