High Protein Tuna Sandwich

Quick, easy and high in protein is all we need.

1 sandwich

Ingredients
X2 slices sourdough bread
X1 tin of tuna (in brine)
X2 Tbsp cottage cheese
X2 Tbsp tomatoes
X1/4 cup cucumber
X2 tsp spring onion
X2 tsp mayo
X chilli flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Start with straining your tuna, then adding it to a bowl along with cottage cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, mayo and some chilli flakes.
- Toast your sourdough bread, and add tuna mixture.
- Enjoy!

Don’t be scared of carbs, its part of the journey to healthy eating!
