Poke Bowl on a budget

Poke bowls are a great way to have an easy, tasty and nutritional meal.

10 minutes

1 portion

Ingredients

X1/2 cup brown rice 

X1/2 can salmon (200g)

X1 tbsp reduced oil mayo 

X3 baby cucumbers 

X2 tbsp soy sauce 

XNori sheets cut in half

XGarnish crispy onions, sriracha sauce, spring onion

Instructions

  1. Mix up your salmon, mayo, chilli flakes and soy sauce.
  2. In your bowl add your cooked rice, chopped cucumber slices and salmon mixture.
  3. Garnish with spring onion, crispy onion and sriracha hot sauce (optional).
  4. Lastly I like to eat this bowl with sushi nori sheets.
