

Ultimate Balanced Sandwich

This healthy pastrami sandwich is packed with delicious flavours of— pickled onion, cottage cheese, chives and fresh crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients
- 2 slices high fibre bread
- 3 slices pastrami
- 2 tbsp fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped jalapenos
- Sliced cucumber
- Sliced tomato
- Microgreens
- Pickled onions
Instructions
- Add the chopped jalapenos to the cotttage cheese and mix until combined.
- Put the sandwich together by spreading the cottage cheese on both slices then layer the pastrami, cucumber, tomato and pickled onion, cut in half and enjoy!
