Ultimate Balanced Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices high-fibre bread
  • 3 slices pastrami
  • 2 tbsp fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped jalapeños
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Sliced tomato
  • Microgreens
  • Pickled onions

Instructions:

  1. Mix chopped jalapeños into cottage cheese.
  2. Spread the mixture onto both slices of bread.
  3. Layer pastrami, cucumber, tomato, pickled onions, and microgreens.
  4. Close the sandwich, slice in half, and enjoy.
